New ebay message

I'm sorry if this has already been brought up but this is the first time I've seen the message below. I tried contacting an ebay member to get more specific details about an item and wasn't able to reach out to them. Funny thing is the seller only has 1 item for sale so how do they get such a high volume

"We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of messages this seller receives, they are unable to respond to your specific question right now. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing." Awesome!
