Man that is awful. Sure you hear about drunk drivers taking there own lives while driving, but when they take an innocent life who is trying to do something with their life, man that is sad. Heard this news while in class today, and couldn't believe it.

Looks like the same situation as Dante Stallworth. He was charged with DUI manslaughter, and it would make sense if this guy was charged with the same. It will be interesting to see how the outcomes differ with one being an NFL star and one just being a "regular" person

I think Stallworth hit someone who has technically jay-walking as they weren't in a crosswalk. This situation seems to be very different, as the driver broke a driving law in addition to the DUI. Outside of the DUI, Stallworth was not speeding, or disobeying rules of the road. Not justifying it AT ALL, just stating the difference.

I stand corrected. The last update I read didn't have anything about the driver breaking a law but i just checked again and it said he ran a red light. My mistake.

Man its bad enough that Adenhardt lost his life but just imagine if Vlad or Tori were riding with him!!!! My prayers go out to him and his family..

Doesn't matter who was in the car, needless death is needless death whether they make millions a year or not.

Very true but the Sad reality is if it would have been a Superstar in that car it would have superseded the fact that anyone else lost their life and clearly the media and news would have focused on said "Star" instead of anybody else including Adenhardt. Like you said a life is a life no matter how much you make. It's Sad news no matter what!

Im sorry, but if this was Poreda I would have EVERYTHING on ebay right now. Im not willing to take a $3500 hit simply because he passed away. You invest in a person to make money off of them. This is just another way to make money off of the person. Weither people assume its bad taste or not, I could care less. My money is more important.

Agreed. I have no problem with selling cards in a situation like this. I can see why some people disagree but i don't think an investor should have to take a hit.

I know what you mean. The amount of Adenhart auctions has gone from under 20 to over 110 within 2 hours...sickening. Can't imagine how many there will be when I get home from my game tonight.

I know, WTF???? I had a couple 2006 Bowman Draft Gold listed for like $1.49 or whatever, just like all of my other golds.

Some people are jerks, and this guy will NOT get his card.
