I believe I have finished off my predictor set for this year by finally getting this. That is, I think its done. Usually when I think I'm done someone here points out that there is 2 different versions, one only available north of the canadian border, at dunkin donuts, from april to june of 1995...

Ha Ha! Isn't that the way it works!
Seriously, though, you have the red version, now just get the green and blue...

Seeing that Afficianado card makes me wonder....

Do any of you have a list of the hardest inserts cards from the 90s that you bring with you to shows?

Hmmmm... there have been several threads about starting a list, but it is too overwhelming I would think. Just going through this thread (and part1 and part 2) would be very time consuming, but you could make a pretty good list doing that!!!!

Here is my #5 most wanted in hand:
1996 Summit Artist's Proof. I had only seen two of these ever, which is why it moved so far up my list. I ended up getting two of them in one week.... :(

And to think, I could have picked on up for $200... ::facepalm:: I may never get one of these...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1996-Pinnacle-A ... 4aaf446ceb

That's insane. I had the chance to get a Dean Palmer FPP on ebay for $5 but completely butchered it.

I hope the Eddie Murray collectors are watching this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1996-Pinnacle-A ... 25681856b2

There's also a Molitor and Gwynn up for $80 and $130 BINs respectively, which going by that Sandberg are two incredible bargains.

I listed this 1999 Pacific Prism Red Juan Gonzalez on ebay today: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1999-Pacific-Pr ... 519b46b89b .

Nosterbor offered me $40 for it, so I added a Buy It Now to the listing. However, a different buyer hit the BIN before nosterbor could (sorry, man), and now a third guy has messaged me that he will pay $75 if I renege on the ebay transaction to sell it to him.

I am going to honor the ebay sale because I don't want to risk a negative feedback, and I am shocked this card would fetch even that much. I am curious, though, whether this is just a weird Juan Gonzalez thing, or has anyone else noticed big sales of 1999 Prism Red parallels?

you answer your own question in your listing:

"These Red Parallel cards were found only in Retail boxes and rarely surface for sale these days."

Well, I know I don't see them very often, but that still seems like a lot of money for an unnumbered Pacific card (not that I'm complaining). If one of Jeter or Frank Thomas popped up, would it go for $100+?
