got this in a recently, it's not a 1/1 like the Mondesi but for a /25 was a good price--managed to hit a $5 BIN on ebay a month or two ago but I finally got around to scanning it

I love that background directly behind Greer!

I agree. That was the first thing i noticed with that Scan. My Bagwell didnt have any flair of a background like that one.

I just checked out a 1999 Chrome Fortune 15 refractor--Amazing looking card! How much would a Griffey go for?

After many discussions regarding these, I finally got myself a Bagwell. So, if I am understanding the whole deal correctly, the ones with the players names on the back in Foil are the "Legit" cards, and the non-named ones are the "Fakes"?

Foil Front

Foil Back

Non Foil Front

Non Foil Back

One thing I noticed was that the back of the Foil card has a somewhat dull finish, while the Non Foil seems glossy. So, just another Bagwell off the list thanks to the members of FCB.

I didn't even notice it until the scan. Then I had to look at my card again to be sure

Thanks for pointing this out - I didn't even realize Fortune 15 refractors were #'d to 100. They have a couple on COMC that were fun to gawk at.

(EDIT: Sorry - thought this card was 1999)

Too lazy to combine posts...

Plucked this cool card for a BIN of $4.63. Why $4.63? No idea. Avail for trade.

wife and I decided to split up our "christmas" gift money we were going to use for one another between a seller getting rid of some nice greg maddux cards on ebay this week, and a big sale at the local comic book store tomorrow.

ended up picking up six cards over the past two days for a total of $150PPD

Greg Maddux:
1996 Pinnacle Skylines #3
1996 topps finest gold refractor #145
1998 Ultra - Diamond immortals #7
1999 EX Century - essential credentials now #/107 #14
1999 Fleer Brilliants - gold #/99 #95
1999 Topps Chrome fortune 15 refractor #/100 #9 (this was probably the fortune 15 that was being checked out earlier in this thread. bidding got up to $56 on it, which was close to what our max was, but felt we had got some good deals on the others and went for it.

some beautiful looking cards, they are poor scans on his auctions I will definitely post up new photos once they arrive!
