Here's my 2.gradedeflator said:I've always wondered if there are more than 240. I'm not an expert on the 93 refractors, I remember them coming out when I was still collecting but I could never afford a box of Finest, and then only recently got back into the hobby in the last 2 years.
when i've looked at the PSA pop report (which I know is not 100% accurate), some refractors have extremely high pops--eg, Frank Thomas has had 239 graded refractors, Mike Piazza has had 224, etc.

I don't think I saw any player with >240, but if anyone knows of more than 2 raw Thomas refractors maybe we have our answer?

There is positively nothing to substaniate the story.
Most importantly you will have no problem picking up a 1993 Finest Refractor Dawson.
Jimmy Key and Orel Hershiser are cards you will pay a premium for due to hoarding.

I guess I am a liar.

Uh, maybe not a liar, but you are the spreader-of-urban-legends...didn't you tell me that you had weird pictures of your toothbrush on your camera after leaving the camera in the hotel room? Also, it was you that had a "friend" die from Pop Rocks and Coca-cola, wasn't it?![]()

1996 Mirror Golds

Are some people collect their guy in all finishes like topps tek? Beckett says the Belle is #/3500, so that something isn't adding up. Thanks...
"Randomly inserted in packs, this 200-card set is parallel to the regular set and features three different die-cut versions in three different finishes. Only 100 of the set are produced in the x-axis cut with 75 of those bronze, 20 silver, and five gold. Only 60 are available in the type y-axis cut with 20 of those bronze, 30 silver, and 10 gold. Only 40 are produced in the z-axis cut with five bronze, 10 silver and 25 gold. No card is available in more than one color nor in more than one die-cut version. Card number 42 does not exist."
Yea this does confuse me. My Albert Belle checklist has him as #160 and there are a total of 9 cards listed? I will have to do some more due diligence later I guess.RustyGreerFan said:mansgame said:Who knows about the 1998 Leaf Fractal Matrix Die-cuts? It sounds like you are thinking that each card is available in all three finishes. Each card is only available in one finish. Note the line: "no card is available in more than one color nor in more than one die-cut version."
So for Rusty Greer, for example, he is card number one and there's the base, fractal matrix gold, fractal matrix die-cut gold, and diamond axis.
Are the fractal matrix golds #/100. I think Beckett lists them as that but other people have told me different.RustyGreerFan said:mansgame said:Who knows about the 1998 Leaf Fractal Matrix Die-cuts?
