Opinions on Shin Soo Choo in fantasy?

I have picked him up in the late rounds/ off of waivers in a few my leagues. Good move?

I love the guy late.....amazing value for a late rounder. I was able to get him in one league and he was taken pretty early in my other league by an Indians guy.
