does anyone know if the post office will allow one to use the paypal shipping label with signature confirmation, but add insurance through the post office? thanks in advance

Yes, you can use PayPal shipping labels and purchase insurance at the post office. PayPal only allows sellers to buy $500 of insurance, and I have shipped items with PayPal labels and went to the post office and purchased additional insurance to cover myself. I just made a 29 card submission to Beckett, and the value of my cards was close to $2K. I wasn't shipping those out with only the $500 insurance.
