The '86 over the '87 Fleer? Oh man the '87 Fleer Clark was a dominant card for me as a kid. I remember buying one for $27 which at the time was a deal because it was "less than book". The Thrill still rules

I starting collecting in 1988 and got an '87 Fleer in a pack but I couldn't get an '86 Rookies without buying a set that included the Canseco and was horribly over priced. I finally found an '86 Clark for $9, normally sold for around $15 and jumped all over it as a 10 year old. Actually it was a tough choice packs of 1988 Topps were something like 35 to 50 cents and I could have bought half of a box for that price.
So as far as I'm concerned the '86 Rookies is the ultimate card, but I think a close second is the '87 Fleer glossy I remember tilting ever '87 Clark I could find to see if it was a glossy version.
