And no, Topps won't replace it unless there's something other than centering that's wrong with it. Topps doesn't consider off-centered cards defective, even if it's almost missing a border. If it were in fact missing a border, then they would replace it.

I've had Topps replace many of my cards that were way off-centered (much less-so that this one). In my book, they are "mis-cut" and Topps has replaced them almost every time I have sent them in with a letter. I would definitely send it back and ask for a replacement.

After its graded and comes back send it again and try to get a bump tell them you think it is a 9.5 with perfect centering........
