The only reason I'd think they'd lose sleep is not being able to fulfill outstanding redemption cards. Seems like that would (continue to) cause Topps more customer service issues.

Cargolargo owned the cards, not Topps. Did anyone see a police report filed by Topps on these? Unless they did that, they are not stolen property.
