Thanks, not sure why I couldn't find it. That is a crazy price, and I'd definitely be shocked if the buyer actually followed through.

Have you guys seen the prices for refractors?! I almost want to sell mine for the prices being asked! Still need a 93 and missed a 94 recently.

Don't forget to get permission from MLB for using the images and logos. If Leaf has to so do you.
Well, I didn't worry about that. It's for Rickey. If Rickey wants to use it, and actually needs to get permission, I'm sure he would be able to rather easily. I was more concerned about the person who might hold a copyright on the pictures I used. There are a ton of them with Rickey holding the base in this famous pose, but... he isn't holding the base! See?
And I did get permission from the owner of the picture of the fans... Thanks Brian!It turns out my brother originally had the jersey font, but the 2 looks stupid. He showed me and I agree, the numbers just don't go well together. They don't fit right, I dunno. We tried a few different fonts, it's tough... they all look kind of stupid. And the more I look at this picture, the more I dislike the numbers. *sigh* Just going to leave it and quit looking at it I guess. At least we had plenty of time before the contest starts... when is that thing going to start, anyway? lol
I have had a crazy Jennings Mirror rainbow like this for quite some time. I have all of them all the way up to the Mirror Black, but no base card. Too much for shipping! :lol:

Had the aluminum forever, then got the pewter bonus about 2 months back. Then was able to snag the bronze recently via another member. We tried to get a set a month ago, but were outbid. He came across another set and hooked me up with the bronze. Still looking for the Sterling and feel I will be looking for quite a while.

Looks like it ended up selling for $525, crazy!! While they would have made a nice pair, this one went for significantly more than the one I was able to pick up last year

I was finally able to knock out the Bronze last year, and the silver doesn't come up for auction too often. There have been 1 or 2 sets in the past few years, but I don't think either had a bid at the opening price, which I think was $300+
