We've been chatting it up these last couple days. He kinda makes me jealous.

I have talked to him before. He seems like a decent guy, albiet one who always outbids us. :lol: He must have some real nice stuff. I have made a deal and talked to bballralph a few times too. He seems a likable guy too. My biggest problem with these two is that they set the market for these cards sometimes to the point of absurdity. Is that a word? $50 Peidmont T-206 for example. And the fact that they are hoarders (eh hem, no offense buddy ) on the low numbered stuff. I like most Henderson collectors except 1-2 guys that are d**kbags.

About twice a year the local Holiday Inn holds a small 30 table card show. I've gone to the past 3 or so, and wasn't going to go this time, as it has been the same stuff each time. But, my wife made a lunch date with a friend, and I had Henry, so I figured it would be something to do. Boy am I glad I went!

I think this beats the A's Target pog as my best find of the year! Anyone want to guess how much I paid

Dont know if you Rickey guys like McFarlane figures, but here is a preview image of Rickey's first McFarlane figure that is gonna be in the soon to be released McFarlane Cooperstown 8 line up......

Figure looks great imo and i will definitely be buying one. There is also gonna be a Yankees variation as well.

In this thread, which picture doens't belong...the Rickey! All of the others were produced by Spawn, but this is just the old Rickey picture.

A Spawn employee also commented in the thread that one of those pics was wrong, and the Rickey seems to be the popular guess. It also looks like both the A's and Yanks versions will be regular version ($11.99), but there's a rumor that there might be an SP Rickey in a retro A's jersey.

Yeah i just found that out today. That sucks bigtime!!! That would have been a great pose for Rickey!

Brad awesome pick up. I have been wanting to find another so I could cut out the rickey. The only difference between mine and yours, is the prototype sticker. That explains why we have the only 2 that I have ever saw. Even though I have it, I am very jealous

This putz thinks he can dunk a card in water and call it a proof when all that is left is the plastic coating! Such a jerk! Calls it a reverse negative when he just turns it over. How is this scam artist still on Ebay? I filed a claim against him with Paypal and Ebay and won, also filed for fraud with Ebay. He is still here! Sorry to rant, but he just makes me so mad. Don't lose your money with him. Warn everyone away from him.

I had some friends over yesterday checking out our awesome 10 ft hole.* My g/f grabbed the mail and announced I have a baseball card. I checked it out, and one of the guys is like "Is it a new Rickey?" and I was like "Oh yeah, and not just any Rickey... this package is from the owner of RickeyHendersonCollectibles.com" They were super impressed that the owner of that prestigious website sent me a #24 card!

I am juggling like 12 email conversations and baseball card transactions... so if I owe you an email and you are sick of not hearing from me, hit me up!

I have actually never tried to convert the Rickey video of his first steal. A bought a week or so after that I read a big article about MLB cracking down on copyrighted material, and I didn't want to get shut down

It is cool to see you guys finally trading like this. I was wondering when that would start. I would love to see how they came out, don't need to know how much was paid, but you know, who came out with what. Looks like you guys are trying to beat the trade deadline! When the flurry is done, post a list of your new acquisitions. Only 'cuz I'm nosy and want to know everything!

It has been funny trading lately! I just sent out a package to Ryan last week, and I put one in the mail this morning for both Scott and Ken. This is definitely the most trading I've done in a long time. It's also nice to get some new Rickey's without having to pay anything more than postage!

I was going to ask if yours had the Prototype sticker, as I couldn't find the picture, and I didn't remember seeing it on there. The guy had a binder full of older prototype/sample cards and sheets, and I saw the top of this one sticking out. I knew exactly what it was, but was just hoping that it wasn't a different team.

For $1, I figured it was a good pickup
