Royals vs White Sox (High A)

I think I'm headed to the game tonight (Mike Moustakas bobble head night). Anyone I should be on the look out for?

Quick breakdown to the best of my abilities (please take into consideration I was on an expense account and downing 24 ounze beers).

Noel Arguelles throws HARD. We had seats right behind homeplate, so the net was throwing me off a bit. He had some good stuff, I think he gave up 3 hits through 4 b/f the rain came down. The first batter got a hit and then he settled.

The Sox pitcher was a little chubby kid that maybe was 5'8". I was watching him warm up and knew he was in for a long day as he had a fastball that hit about 88 and didn't have much movement and his curve hung a lot. Those were his only two pitches and if he didn't live on the corners (he did not), he was in for a long day. And I was right, he gave up 9 through 3 innings including 4 homers (I believe it was 4).

Jared Mitchell flew out his first at bat and I watched him run around the bases, dude is FAST. However, he was lazy in the field and was pulled after 3 innings (or at least he was replaced).

Overall, the Sox club didn't impress me at all; but the Royals looked good against inferior pitching.

Took the girl and got two Mike Moustakas bobble heads!

Yeah, as JP said, look out for an Big O start. I've only made it once this year, and missed him by one day. ::facepalm::

and grab some Chick Fil-A. It's on the balcony 3rd base side and they give out free coupons...
