So...with 10 minutes before dinner brought the kiddos to the table for our craft to see how well we could do against the professionals. We used some Justin Huber cards I had lying around since they were all in slabs.

This made me LOL more than the pics.

I did one sketch card one time and wasn't overly happy with the results, just okay with it; I used a thick pack insert and the glossy coating made it really hard to draw detail without scoring into the card stock and shading wasn't easy either. One day, I may try again.

I dont have any info on this and I'm not Tempy, but I wonder if the term "sketch" card threw her off. Maybe she figured that it was supposed to look like a quick sketch that an artist might use in preparation for a much more detailed piece and other instructions weren't given (when in reality they really should be there own pieces of art). There is also something to be said for the fact that she nailed the eyes on a lot of the guys, but the head shapes and ears especially are laughable.
