I love Moss and I always have (not a Vikings fan, but since I live in MN they are on TV more than any other FB team) but if he is going to run his mouth during interviews and glorify the team that beat him, it is a slap in the face to the Vikes, so let him go, and tell him not to trip on his way out... better... tell him not to run over any cops on his way home.

Every single one of you proved my point in the locked thread lol... Nothing factual to come back with! Moss obviously gets under everyones skin because he's the best WR of all-time but he doesn't play the PC card to make you little haters happy! Well anyways this is a card forum and let me share with you guys that I just won two more big Moss cards on eBay last night! I will share them with you all when they arrive!

Best WR of all time? Are you smoking crack?

* Receptions (1,549)
* Receiving yards (22,895)
* Touchdown receptions (197)
* Yards from scrimmage (23,540)
* All-purpose yards (23,546)
* Combined rushing and receiving touchdowns (207)
* Total touchdowns (208) [197 receiving, 10 rushing, 1 fumble return]

Do I need to go on?

@ mstng99tim... oh you mean the same revis that pulled a ham string simply trying to run with him? all the while being put on a poster for the highlight of the season lol???

It's great that you're a fan of the player, and I don't want to diminish that. I'm a fan of the team, so while that catch brought me out of my seat, the real question is...

Who won that game? That "poster" catch came in the Pats' only loss. It counts for exactly the same amount of points as Branch keeping himself alive and open for a 3-yard TD catch against Baltimore - something Moss has been less and less willing to do over the past two seasons (if you watch the Pats at all, you'll know that's - as Felger says - fact, not opinion).

There's a line here - player or team. I think we know where you stand, and there's nothing wrong with that. But those of us that recognize that the team HAS NOT SUFFERED WITHOUT HIM aren't necessarily "hating"...at some point you'll get your emotions in check and realize that, we hope.

How do you react to the news on PFT that Moss apparently bawled out the caterers on Sunday about the food they prepared for him? One of the Vikings players said it was an uncomforatble situation, and Moss made the people who prepared the food fell like the smallest people in the room.

I love the Vikes, and don't want anyone who would act like that towards others on my team. Knowing this, I can happily say "good riddance" to him.

Sure have, I work around them daily. Some of the nicest people I know, too. Not every millionaire acts like Vince McMahon. And say what you will about Childress as a coach, he has built a locker room of guys with pretty decent character.

There are a couple like Moss. I have worked personal security for a ton of actors/singers etc it is not as prevelant as you think but does happen. Being a dick and having crazy request is a ton different then verbally abusing someone.

well i don't believe that report to be honest and if he did say that he was probably joking and laughing about it. but still shouldn't have been said. i have met randy moss multiple times and even have a personalized autograph from him and he was never disrespectful to me or anyone else i seen talk to him. he helps lots of kids under the radar and is a pretty nice guy in general. so idk what to think of this story because it doesn't seem like him. :?

One thing I'll say: at training camp, Moss was ALWAYS great with the little kids in attendance. He couldn't give a crap about any adults there (which I can't blame, because most of them were shameless auto hounds), but he was great with the kids.

yeah when i went to get my autograph i think the fact that i asked him to personalize it impressed him because almost everyone who showed up were all talking about selling the auto. sucks because moss knows most adults are just trying to use him for money. moss is a good guy i'm telling you guys!

Most athletes these days are more willing to sign for adults IF you ask them to personalize it. I used to go to the arena to get Sidney Crosby all the time his first 2 years in the NHL. After a while, he started to recognize a few of us and started asking us, "Who is it to?" right before he signed it. I don't mind though, I'm not looking to sell them anyways.

:lol: I haven't gone down there in a few years. I used to work about 15 minutes from the arena and my wife worked right across the river from the arena, so on my way to pick her up from work I would stop and get a few autos from the players. Now we both have different jobs and I don't go down there anymore.

Vince McMahon is actually a really nice guy in real life ;) .

That is a huge diva move, and there's no excuse for it.
