I've always been a low-volume eBay buyer, but there's a $100+ card I've been eyeing that doesn't pop up much. And maybe even a case in July.

Anyway, I was just wondering which eBay incentive/reward programs still are working, if any...

i wonder if maybe all we discuss here about ebay's BS practices of late are starting to show up on
their bottom line. get rid of the small stuff costing you money 1st, like buyback bucks.
