2010 Bowman Sterling Red Refractor 1/1 Hak-Ju Lee, $865.50

eBay item # 170819745608

Nearly $600 for a non-auto, non-Superfractor 1/1 of a light-hitting 44th ranked prospect? I know the Asian market can get pretty crazy, but wow.

Apparently links don't work here.

Saw this sale, and thought it was thread-worthy:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2009-UD-Gou...t=US_Hockey_Trading_Cards&hash=item20c62fae2a

It's a beautiful card, for sure, but I am still pretty surprised it hit $1K

Another big Goudey sale.

Do you all think that these being graded so high has any premium on the price, or is it just the fact that these are really nice looking cards with on-card autos, and fairly limited?

I thought Gretzky was to hockey what Jordan is to basketball. I'm surprised an on card auto (9.5) didn't bring more!

I'd say this one is well on its way

Is it just me, or does putting a freshly pack pulled die cut card like that into a one touch seem like a bad idea. I'd prefer to see it in a top-load, but that might just be me.

Trying to get a top loader on that card is never easy. I am fine with those in one touches
