Been a while since a post came up in this thread
Let's show some more 2000's insert love- I'll use some CC as examples
Recent returns from PSA as I hammer in HOF (and future HOF) related stuff

If I ever catch up on bills, I will send my Nomar's in from my PC and then you'll see tons of 1990's- 2000's inserts
Until then hammering resales in

Looooooosiana!
I bought a blind lot of Astros from someone that sells bulk base cards to offset their case break costs. They included some early 00s inserts and as I'm flipping through them, this hideous card appears.

Anyone know a Biggio collector that is looking for one of the rarest cards from this era?IMG_1727.jpg

This insert set was, for reasons that still remain unclear, withdrawn from production. However, again for reasons unclear, some Inside Views made their way into packs.

Originally, each card was to have been serial-numbered to 1000 copies with a Black parallel numbered to 50. The cards that made their way into packs are NOT serial-numbered.

It appears that anywhere from five to 25 copies of each card made their way into packs. A parallel refractor-like, "rainbow" version of these cards exist, however the print run is unknown.

So our resident Alomar collectors recent post made me go look at my Clemens PC for some Puzzle piece cards from 2004 Topps Traded. This set had a large puzzle created by pics of all the regular issue cards inserted into the Traded series

My guy Roger Clemens had cards on mutiple items in the set so he appeared on multiple puzzle pieces
There's a few cards where just numbers show ( 51 and 58) but that doesn't qualify in my mind as a player card
Has to show name and a picture on the item for me

Below was the items I found that show his picture on the card, and both the Red and Blue variations of those puzzle pieces

Puzzle 52 - Season Highlights card #335
Puzzle 57 - AL Division Highlights card #349
Puzzle 59 - AL Championship Series card #354
Puzzle 72 - Regular card issue card #518

Scanned them below and figured I'd show em off in the 2000's insert thread
