Love 2000 Finest Golds! Can never decide if I like 1999 or 2000 better - I like that 1999's were serial numbered, but the design is really sleek on the 2000's.

Pretty happy to get this lot for less than the price of a blaster. The combo memorabilia were a tough pull at just 1 in 4 boxes. The Kendall is the second shortest print from the set at just 50 copies. Eric Chavez /325, Manny Ramirez /350, Magglio Ordonez /325, Pedro Martinez /300, Scott Rolen /125 and the Schilling with the sweet ball patch is short printed to 125 copies.

Sweet pickups, especially that Schilling! I had no idea this set was SP'd, made me look up the Big Unit, turns out its SP/125. Good to know.

Damn, count me in as someone who didn't know how tough these could be. Kendall is a guy I collect, and I usually assume his stuff is non-SPed and cheap. That one will be fun!

It's been a really long time since I've found a Rusty Greer I needed. Finally got the true pack-pulled version to go with my hand-numbered version:
