Thoughts/opinions on this sticker auto....

This is one of the dawkins cards I need. The card is #d to 5 and there are currently 3 of the 5 on ebay now. I like this copy the best with the patch but I am concerned about the auto.

Is it me or does it look like someone finished the auto on the top of the "B" on Brian? If you look at the white line on the card, the blue from the auto goes into the line. This is also where the sticker ends near the top of the line so I am not sure.

On the other two autos currently up, his auto tends to run off the sticker on one of the others as well. If I am going to drop $50+ on one of these, I would prefer to grab one with the whole auto on the sticker. Not sure if # 1 or #4 have surfaced. I used to track these in the past but I'm kicking myself for not saving scans or remembering closing prices. I don't have terapeak or any other completed auction subscriptions to see what others may have sold for in the past.

The last auction has a nice auto that is on the sticker but it is also the highest priced card and a dave and adams card. My $50 offer was auto declined.

im not to sure on trusting the sticker i recently saw a chipper jones topps certified card where the whole signature faded completely gone.that was the first time i have seen that happen to a card.The card your looking at make an offer. Great guy in person to meet, glad he was in clemson the day i went.

Looks to me like the sticker goes above the white line.

Looks fine to me. I think since the auto on the sticker is over the white line, it makes it look like different ink. It is just the background playing tricks on your eyes..
