Morning all. Going through rounds with insurance right now for our claim from last year. Got our depreciation check, smaller than what we were told it would be, and then they put the old mortgage company on it, who wasn't even on the first check that was significantly bigger. Best part is, I called the number of the claims agent that was dealing with my case, it went to voicemail and it states that he is no longer working any claims from outside the state of Tennessee and to call the 1800 number. Was trying to do it without making a big deal with my insurance agent, since I really like the guy lol
