Whoops. I didn't see the name down on the bottom. I was assuming it was a Trout card with the wrong pieces in it. Thanks for pointing that out to me

Time for the dentist then off to AT&T to cause trouble. I upgrade my iPhone 4 to the 5S(it's been a while) yesterday and they convinced me to sign up for the Next program (early upgrade). When I got home I realized that I'd be spending $350 more in the long run which was not fully described to me. My fault for not doing the research prior.

They are doing this to a lot of people. It's going to blow up in their faces at some point.

I had a nice discussion (sincere) with the sales rep as we waited for my phone to be restocked so I could repurchase. He hates this new program because, like you said, it's only a matter of time before they get some heavy blow back from customers.
