If the winning bidder has 0,1 or 2 feedback I would be worried. I stopped listing the card I was trying to sell after he won it twice and bid on it a third time.

I've noticed over the last couple weeks that when I'm thinking about bidding on a Topps Black card that it's always someone with 0 feedback winning them so it is probably still him.

I just contacted ebay because I remember this guy from ebay a year or so ago. He got real abusive. This time he re registered by changing the spelling of his name to Curdis Chrisdlieb. User ID track59complete0. I guess he finally discovered he is a complete zero. He has zero feedback and has recently bid on 60 auctions, and unfortunately won one of mine tonight. I did not even bothher sending an invoice. He is one twisted individual. lvandenbusch

Dont know if it will help or not, but you can put a block on your account to block certain members with feedback under xx amount if you'd like to..Kinda sucks to hurt the other honest newer folks out there, but if it was me and I was selling these particular cards I surely would do just that..

I just picked up a 2003 Russ Ortiz 08/52 today, it's available if anyone's looking for it. I don't do ebay so I don't have to worry about this freak, but my god he must have some severe mental problems to do what he does.

Ebay will only allow you to block bidders who have a -1 feedback score or lower. Since you can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers, this option is no longer relevant. The only other option for blocking buyers is ones who have had 2 or more NPB reports filed against them in the past 6 months. Generally, his accounts accumulate 3 NPB's very quickly so this would only help if you he happens to bid on one of your auctions in between the time that he gets his 2nd and 3rd NPB's.

He buyed a card from me a month ago with another ID, and he filled a claim saying he haven't received the card.

And last night he buyed another card from me with this new ID ::facepalm:: ::facepalm:: ::facepalm::

I already contacted ebay...but as they do not want to help with the open case (even if they know the guy already), i am not expecting anything from them.

Ha! He offered $2 on one of my Hope Diamond parallels with theleftonestings. I had a BIN of $20. So I countered $18.75 and then he countered 99 cents ::facepalm:: So I just declined.

Then he made another offer on the same card for 99 cents. So I blocked him.
