Morning all. Windy as **** here today. Yesterday was bad, today's supposed to be worse, and tomorrow's supposed to be even worse. Calling for winds 30-45 mph with 60 mph gusts this afternoon. Tomorrow shows gusts up to 70 mph.

On another note, the basement remodel is coming along nicely. A few touch ups with some mud and texture to do, then the walls will be ready for paint. Also need to haul everything out of the basement so I can start pulling up the old carpet. Did pick up a new turntable for the stereo in the basement as well. Been wanting to get a new one for awhile since the old one got broke in a previous move.

The local WM had the exact two boxes I was looking for to help finish my sets…

I think Jayme and I agreed on the cabinets for the basement. I was hoping for a different finish, but my options were limited with the glass doors for the display cases. 30"x80" display case on each side, then 2 15" and a 36" cabinet in the middle for storage. The TV will be mounted between the 2 display cases. Might hook the old stereo and turntable up under the TV and run the wires across the ceiling to the speakers in the back for when I want to listen to music. Plan is to eventually get a nice soundboard for the TV as well.
