$10 at Twinsfest? That is a nice find! I'm really hoping that I'll be able to find a few goodies for my Gaetti collection now that I have a detailed want list. You'd think I'd find more stuff of his there, but it's always the common stuff, never the Angels/Royals/Cardinals/Cubs stuff.

Greg/Lally and others - Hope to see you tomorrow (and maybe Sunday) at TwinsFest. I'll be wearing a Michigan hat, white with a blue block M. With that and the fact I'm 6'9" with a goatee that is going gray, I shouldn't be too hard to find. If you see me around, please say hi. I'll most likely be in the milb, corner 1 & 2 lines. I would really like to get a Thome, but that line should be crazy. Maybe that will distract people and keep the lines for Aaron Hicks and Kyle Gibson shorter.

Too bad they didn't announce that Thome was signing sooner.. I have been picking up some of the 500 HR cards foro TTM/IP signings.. I could have sent them to one of you guys to get auto'd..

Thome was only $15 a sig.
I got 11 auto's, all free. 10 prospects on a ball and then Dick Bremer was walking the Dome floor with his wife and we were right behind him. I politely asked if he'd sign my ball and he obliged. I was rather happy, since he walked through the masses and maybe a handful noticed who he was.
Today I'll have my Dwight Schrute is a Pervert shirt on :salut:
Didn't pick up any singles or wax. Might get some toploads today, as they were as low as $2 for a 25 pk.
Thome was only $15 a sig.

Stuck at work yesterday & couldn't go....work 9am-2pm & then son has basketball tournament at Irondale rest of night....won't know until tonight when they play tomorrow (based on how they do today).....doesn't look good for me to make it this year.

Due to Perry being a no-show (wasnt going to pay $20 for Mudcat alone), only got Cuddy (along with Rauch as he was signing with Cuddy) last night, but they were two freaking sweet autos.
Got the pink bat in the sig signed with Mothers Day 09 inscribed, and my ball from his Cycle Night inscribed with Cycle Night.
I will show them off later after I get back from todays session, off to get Hardy, Perkins and Liriano, then Harris and Slowey. That will probably be it for today. Tomorrows plan is Hardy, Young and Kubel, then Perkins Tolbert and Duensing. That is all I need or want, have everyone else on something.

I thought lines were pretty crazy last night. So i didnt do too much. I got Aaron Hick and the other prospects he was with and I got Rollie Fingers on a photo for $20. Which was a nice surprise seeing him, Fergie Jenkins, George Foster and Vida Blue there.

I agree, the lines for a Friday were nuts. I have a semi-fear that they will be worse today, especially the ones on the floor.
I had no idea that Fergie, Jenkins, Foster and Blue were there until like 9PM. Poor job of promoting these guys, not only by the Twins, but the promoter that had them there. Will see if any of them are around today to maybe get Rollie on a Bobble I have.

Yeah, all those guys were kinda tucked away in that corner, and not promoted at all. Bob Feller had a much better spot but I already have gotten a few photos signed by him in the past. Yeah I think today is going to be a mad house so I have another pair of tix but I dont think I want to deal with the crowds. Oh well, just excited its almost baseball season!

Wow, u don't want to be hear right now, it is insane. The line for the 1245 session with Liriano, Hardy and Pukeins is wrapped back and beyond the pro shop area. Damn don't know if I will get them or not but if not, I will wait for Slowey and Harris I guess. Seriously it is effin nuts here.teddyballgame237 said:

Yeah, grabbed it said very cool. For some reason I think he liked the ball better. Little story here. So the helper ppl tell u that players will only sign their names and numbers. Well I tell Cuddy that the ball is from is cycle night and ask if he wouldn't mind inscribing it. The little lady says to me that they can't. Cuddy proceeds to ignore her and do it anyways. She says awe see he is ignoring the rules. I say that is because he is a great guy, and Cuddy says it was a special night so I'm gonna give him what he asks for. Well, just left the dome and now sucking down some beers.
Got Liriano, Hardy, Perkins, Harris and Slowey today. Those were my wants.
Tomorrow I might get Fingers on a bobble that I have.
Also might go after the minor leaguers tomorrow depending on when I get there.
Will post pics later after I finish up with these beers.
Well, just left the dome and now sucking down some beers.

Otherwise, got to see Mauer (Baker & Slowey) on the concourse waiting for my brother in the bathroom, Morneau after the fan photo's shoot. Shook Delmon's hand after he got done at the KMSP am 1500 booth and just took pics of a lot of the guys. Wasn't there so much for the players auto's you had to pay for, just mainly the prospects. My bro wanted to get his GU Kubel Rochester Red Wings JSY auto'd, but the line was back to near the corner of RF
Only picked up four cards; '05 BCD McCutcheon, '06 BCD Chris Davis, '05 SPA Mewelde Moore Auto RC & '03 SPA Nate Buleson patch. The latter two were for a couple collectors on another board and the first two were four bucks total, so, I figured why not.
If you love Twins cards, this is your deal. Did see a '99 or '00 Metal Precious Metals Percival #'d/50 there, but the corner was rough (#'d 9/50 for future reference).
All in all, I can't wait til next year and actually have an idea of what to expect, since this was the first I had attended (although the board memebers on here helped clue me in what to expect)
