Got an e-mail earlier from Joey Villasenor and it said to call him ASAP. So I call his hotel and Kyle answers the phone. Talked to Kyle for a minute and than Joey gets on. He is trying to talk me into extending my leave and going to Amsterdam with them for a couple of days. I don't know if the wife would like that, but I don't know if I can pass up the opportunity to hang out with Joey and Kyle in Amdersterdam. Decisions Decisions.

Why is that? It's not like I can get into trouble with a UFC and a Strikeforce fighter. At least I won't get my ass kicked Not like I need them to protect me though. I can't wait to post some pics on here from the festivities.

As Seanho said...It is Joey Villasenor and Kyle Noke. Nate Marquardt and Seth Petruzelli (who trained at Grudge for this fight) are also going to be at the hotel, but they are not going to Amsterdam. I don't think I am going to do the Amsterdam trip though. I would blow every last penny that I had there.

Oh I was busting his chop's about being "in the elite circle" etc., but I really wasn't sure which fighter's he was speaking of (I was hoping Noke because I'm a fan & hope to hear some good stories about Etanju & Noke's trip)!

Dana took me and my 3 friends back behind the curtain after the weigh-ins and I got to get up on the Octogan and took pics with all kinds of people. Dana even upgraded our seats to floor seats. I don't remember at the time I am on, but when you hear Joe Rogan say "You Again" that is me he is talking to and I asked what they thought abou the Ellenberger/Fitch fight.
