Zan I've noticed in the past, and with this submission that from the scans, it seems like you get shafted on the grades. Some amazing eye appeal, especially with the Wide Pen, and that R312

The backs on these cards don't have the best backs. The wide pen and the R312 have paper loss on the corners, and the R303 has glue residue on the back. The R346 has pen written on the back, so the grades are what they are because of the backs essentially haha. As I have submitted more and more to SGC I am paying more attention to every feature of the cards I submit. I love the cards I submitted this time for exactly what you said, so much eye appeal in every one really.

That Greenberg collection is coming along nicely!

I bought 3 1955 Bowman Colts cards while visiting in Maryland (Purchased at Burton's). Paid a total of $7.50. I'll probably complete the Colt set from that year.

I got my PSA sub back today:

Grader was VERY generous on this one, I expected a PSA 4.

I must respectfully disagree. As you can clearly see, there were Topps Traded cards as early as 1958. In fact, I have a rare double-traded card, as Mr. Thomas went first to the Senators and then to the Minors (with a side trip to the hospital).

My search is hopefully over putting the one T206 card in my pc for good. After buying and selling select T206's, the one I always wanted was a Lajoie portrait. Now I have the highest graded I can afford. It has a common Piedmont 350 back, but a 5.5 is considered high grade to me without forking over grand or more. It is a nice card for being a century old and PSA doesn't give out .5 grades lightly.

One of the nicest looking cards in the set. I'm jealous. Very nice pick up
