Well I'm glad you found someone who likes card collecting but obviously that's not the norm. You understand that right? So what...you force your hobby on your wife in that case?

Do you then quit your hobby if it's something you and your spouse don't enjoy as a couple? I mean...what I get ticked about is a person jumping into your life and demanding you quit something. Or worse yet, acting really crappy to you in regards to it until you are miserable enough to quit. That's absolute crap in my mind. And as a guy who mostly likes guy type things, I don't expect to be down her throat about her doing girl things like shopping or makeup or watching certain stuff on tv. But I'm not going to say she needs to stop or it's a waste of money. She works just as hard as I do so who the hell am I to take that away? Who is she to do the same? But I don't think we have to do the hobby together for it to be allowed.

I just write what I think. Plus...a lot of folks forget they are on a message board and don't like reading. In fact a lot of people post here and leave me wondering what they meant because they didn't explain themselves more.

I'd beg to differ on the super long paragraph as the ones above were short and filled with what I believe to be decent thoughts. But yes, I do write a lot sometimes. And I don't mind reading long posts either.

Even as Seniors, I have to constantly tell my students that id rather read a 1/2 page paper that is well written and gets all.of your points across than a 3 page paper that gets embellished and fluffed.

I dont mind reading your long posts, it literally takes a few seconds longer than a normal one. Its just like reading a persons' thought process which can be cool and can be boring
