I was at the game earlier this year when Jim Thome tied and passed Harmon Killebrew on the All-Time HR List. Pretty cool. Also the first game at Target Field this year and the last game ever played at the Metrodome last year.

I was at the first and only extra inning combined no hitter. It was such an awesome game, with Mark Smith hitting a walk off 3 run dinger.

I was also at the '94 HR derby....if that counts as major. :lol:

I haven't been to any MAJOR's but this is what I have seen:

A few debuts (Terry Tiffee is the big guy)
First ever meeting between D-Backs and Twins
Game 162 of the 2009 Season, the last regularly scheduled game (Let's Go White Sox chant that yes, I did participate in)

This one isn't MLB, but I was at the FIRST game at Target Field

and I was at the FIRST Twins game at Target Field (also Jacque Jones returns to MN, Kyle Loshe returns to MN)

I was at Scott Bakers 6 1/3 no-no (perfect game????) last year and then he blew the game...

Not MLB but I was at Kyle Knudson, Scott Maytas and Michael Kvasnicka's last game at the dome (all were drafted).

2000 World (Subway) Series Game 2 Yankee Stadium - Clemens/Piazza bat incident. The stadium was shaking.

2006 All-Star Game and Home Run Derby in Pittsburgh - Ryan Howard hit the Mastercard sign on his last swing of the derby and some dude won 100 free flights on American Airlines I think.

2008 Old Timers Day Yankee Stadium - Last one at the old stadium. They were dragging them out of the wood work for that one. I think there were over 70 former Yankees there with maybe 6? HOFers.

2009 Last Yankees game of the season against Rays in St. Petersburg. Arod needed 2 home runs and 7 RBI's to extend his 30 HR 100 RBI streak to 12 consecutive seasons. He hit a 3-run HR and a grand slam in the 6th inning to finish with exactly 30 and 100. Insane.

Saw Strasburg get his fourth win against the Marlins a week and a half ago.

Hopefully watching Arod hit #600 this weekend in St. Pete

Was there for the Pujols homer in the 2005 NLCS that led to the demise of Brad Lidge in Houston. I just remember the crowd going absolutely silent after it was hit.

Phillies/Padres had a double-header. I was there for both games. There were 3 separate rain delays between the two games. The second game ended around 3 or 4 AM with a Mitch Williams walk-off single in extra innings. LOOOOONG day.

Nothing super major for me. No ASG or playoffs (hopeless for that being from Kansas City, haha)

anyways, by far the best baseball atmosphere and important game I've been to was this years opening night Yankees at Red Sox at Fenway.
The most I ever paid for a ticket but well worth it, can't beat it for my first opening day game.
