After reading the entire thread (not recommended) I don't know who is worse: the buyer throwing money out the window or the greedy seller asking for even one dollar more. I would lean towards the latter.


I was HOPING this would end like the following:

"Arrrrgh, I knew I should have taken the deal, he retracted the offer while I was typing this stupid thread".
