But I just picked this up on COMC for what I think is a great price. What do you think?

Yup! I think the seller also has an Eli Manning Exquisite Auto 1/1 for 200, a Kolby Smith Exquisite RC auto 1/1 for 75, and a Randy Moss Exquisite Jersey 1/1 for 75. I think they are all good deals in my opinion.
