Why are Sweet Spot & Masterpieces getting the axe in 2009?
Why did they change the format for Sweet Spot in 2008?
Are they going to put 2 By the Letter autos back in 2009 SPA?

Ask him if he has ever seen Richard McWilliams count from 1 to 45. Almost two years ago, McWilliams made a claim that he didn't know that the redemption process had such problems and to solve this seemingly new (supposedly to him) problem Upper Deck would go to no more than a 45 day length on redemptions. That was two years ago.
He also stated, "We as a company and as an industry should eliminate redemptions. We shouldn't be putting out a product that doesn't have 100 percent of what is stated to be in the product."
Now granted, Carlin is not McWilliams...however Carlin surely is more in touch than McWilliams.

I second the redemption issue. Nothing has improved on this and it is still the #1 complaint.
