Why would you delay the posting of the checklist until after release, when you know so many people have already bought a box? Unless you know most collectors will be totally turned off by a checklist of 95% scrubs who even diehard Yankees fans haven't heard of?Checklist will be up tomorrow
While the word of God has spoken, why is anyone surprised at the content of the product? What did you guys expect, DiMaggio cuts in every other box?

Releasing a checklist after a product is live smells funny and just seems like a bad practice. Although looking at some of the "yankees" being pulled i wont be surprised if somewhere on that checklist are people who went to a game once...
To be fair, none of the other companies release complete and accurate checklists either. ITG may be the only one that comes close. Panini and Topps both neglect to mention parallels and subsets with nearly every release, or they mention parallels that don't actually exist.

I'm kinda disappointed myself that I didn't make it in the set, because I played on the Yankees in T-ball for a season in 1986.
I was waiting for this one.......well executed.

And no one is asking for a deceased Hall of Famer in every box.
But players who played a least a full season with the Yankees would be nice.
There is absolutely no one who would be happy pulling a guy like Christian Garcia, who played 3 innings in his entire Major League career.
That's just bush league.
I am at comic com and had to approve the final copy for checklist.. We put up every checklist on release ..
And you are incorrect, there are many people who collect single game and single at bat players..bg
