1957 topps mantle

Hello, I only collect current cards, but my boss just handed me a 1957 topps mantle, that looks to be in excellent condition, and is thinking about selling it. My question would be, is it worth sending it off to be graded before selling? I don't know how vintage collectors treat this sort of thing?

For any Mickey Mantle card I think it should be sent off to be graded you will get Top Dollar for it that way
