bob-loblaw its Jeff N. He recieved a refund after i sent the card the same day and threatened to leave me a neg so i refunded him then posted about his theat and left the neg. Block if you don't want the nightmare that comes with his bid. Then left a Neg because of a pm that was just a response to his THREAT!

If thats true just contact ebay and they will remove any feedback thats left after a threat. I had one removed cause the guy reminded that he could leave a negative when he wanted more money for shipping. Just send them the message of you being threatening.
He made the threat through fcb. Its all good, it will resolve its self in the future. ;)
Edit - thanks for all the interest in this there are many great people here.
Edit - he has just been reported to Ebay for FB violation for claiming i said things on a DIFFERENT site - AND guys anything said was ONLY after the THREAT he made.
Edit again - ok i will put more fact into this. When i sell a card its a friend selling on her account. I don't have my own in my name. Its my roommates. She sold the card to him sent with dc. He say he never gets it files a claim. I figure out it was him i tried to deal in pms he takes it to a thread it gets locked. Makes a threat though Freedom so i reund him w/o letting the case be decided. I post about the threat cause it the thread was locked while i was at work and he SAYS in pm hes leaving a NEG! Well like the immortal word "ITS ON!" (i thought he left the neg but he would always have this looming on me) I dropped down to his level and on Easter he drops a NEG saying one person said something to him - BUT IT WASN'T THE SELLER that did. 2 Different acounts - 2 Different people. I hope they drop his acount for saying lies in FB. And he could realy say nothing because he was just pissed at he because my friend called him a scammer before i figured out it was our own Jeff. Had he moved on AFTER the REFUND none of this would have ever happened - I would not have been nasty to him, My friend would not have a senseless Neg (on an account with 1076 100% pos no negs or neutrals) and we would not be wasting time here. I am sorry for my part but it should have all never happened I just wanted to truth about our member told.

Wow; this is still going on?

1) I purchased card and paid timely.

2) Card never showed up.

3) I called post office (and subsequently went to it, as I was there for another issue). Spent 2 hours on hold/on phone and another 15 minutes in person. No one can find it but they certainly agree that no notice was ever left anywhere as it has never been "out for delivery."

4) See the locked thread.

5) Receive emails from our friend Karn cursing me out and insulting my son's physical appearance in PMs.

6) After the insults, I left a negative for never receiving the card.

I don't think anyone else would have done anything differently. And this is the first I've ever heard about it being a friend's account.

At no time did our friend Karn apologize for the PO losing the card or offer to split the loss (which is something I would have gladly accepted).

Insulting a person's son is a real class move.

and the "threat"?

The "threat" was:

"Consider yourself
1) foed
2) blocked on ebay
3) negatived."

portersprospectreport (1288) 94.7%

NPB. Have sent two invoices, the first after five days, the next after nine, calmly explaining to him that if he doesn't pay I will have to file NPB. Going to open the case up tonight or tomorrow morning if he doesn't at least respond to my messages.

I'm fully expecting this bag of dicks to pay as soon as I file the claim and leave me a negative.

Yeah, don't handle it that way from now on. The 2 negs on my profile are from a guy I calmly and professionally asked to pay.

Just do this. If the action ends on Sunday, start the case on Friday (5 days) then he has 4 days. I don't write the seller a note. Is writing a note the professional thing to do? Sure. But everytime ive done it ive gotten negged.

Ive had about 10 cases recently go to claim, did't write a single one of them and they all pay on the last day and apologize profusely for the delay. I then respond saying thanks for payment and the card will be in the mail next day. All 10 of those cases have gotten + feedback. It sucks, and is unnatural to do for me (not communicating with a buyer) but in the end it always has worked out.

This buyer purchased some high end Matt Harvey cards from myself and a few other fcb members and we were immediately given the run around. Wait a week + for payment, no replies to contact blah blah blah.

Update: I received payment from this buyer on the last day before I could close the NPB case.

I had stopped posting a while ago. You must not be a very good lawyer, Your lies make you look better than reality. 1 - You made the threat to leave the neg BEFORE i said anything. I refunded you and you still had to threaten me with it. Anything i said was at your level so you would understand. ;)
6 Is a LIE!!! He said he was leaving the neg before a SINGLE INSULT.
I have Email Proof - His threat saying I am Negged (i had already refunded him ::facepalm:: )was sent 4/20 at 12:32 and my lovely message was thoughtfully sent on 4/20 at a LATER (but prompt) 12:33!!! Sad really.
I hate to edit again but want to clarify a small but important detail, where in his head i can see him saying 5 happened before 6, but the problem is that he leaves out the detail of 4.5 which is that he said i am negged at this time, before my insult. He pmed me that after i posted something in a thread about don't listen to his advise (the exact post i made and the real timeline is clearly spelled out in my last post at the bott. of the page), he got pissed and said i am negged. THEN 5 - i insult him and 6 he neggs me. BUT the NEG threat was made BEFORE any insult and his words contradict this.

This is the Order of events to prove he is lying.
1 - I post in an Ebay thread "I wouldn't take advice from someone who threatened to leave me a negative for a $20 item." - i don't have the time as the thread was deleted BUT i have the saved pm showing its posted before his response pm. (BTW this one was the 2nd neg threat the first was he said if i don't refund him he has no choice but to neg me.) ::facepalm::

2 - You pm (since you already posted it) "Consider yourself
1) foed
2) blocked on ebay
3) negatived." - 4/20 12/32 pm this mess was sent before any insult and after a refund.

3) Insult. - 4/20 12/33 pm

which was not needed after the neg threat which was not needed.
I will end with this. Everything i am saying i have email proof and can back it up, he can't disprove anything i have said. He is a lyer. We need to find him a letter L patch.

Lastly i am sorry to FCB for needing to present my evidence but his lies make his actions look as a normal person would act and i would be the bad guy here if anyone believed his story. I would never insult anyone w/o reason. So please don't delete my posts as i believe this is the proper forum for such information. Thanks

Re: Ebay Bidders to Block

mustang68william Okay I know that after you make feedback it is hard to get it changed. I bought http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 500wt_1287
And I recieved it pretty quick considering it was coming from Canada. And I think I got it for a steal, and think he didn't like the fact that I got it so cheap and that I was the only bidder on it. If he wanted more he should have put a BIN/OBO for around what he wanted or was willing to sell it for. So I got it and promptly gave him feedback and forgetting that he did not give me feedback as a buyer ::facepalm:: :benson: . I know I know, I have made that mistake a few years ago and while the other seller gave me feedback this Canadian ****** did not. So I tried contacting him and I guess he realized he had recieved feedback already he decided not to respond. Which it's only 1 feedback but still KARMA is gonna bite this **** on his Pastey white canadian A55!!! This is not for you to block but watch out. end of rant.

Re: Ebay Bidders to Block

I understand your frustration, I've had it happen to me as well. But seriously, one feedback? If I received feedback for every trasaction I completed my feedback would be over 1000 instead of 869. Yeah, it sucks to not get a feedback in return, but after so many +'s no one really pays attention anymore.

Thanks. And I totally understand your rant. It's frustrating, so I didn't want you to think I was trying to start anything.

Accepted his BO on my 2007 BC Hochevar red refractor auto on 4/22. Never paid and had to request a credit for fees back. Pretty frustrating since he made the offer. What's the point of doing a BO if you don't intend to pay?

The part that pisses me off the most with Ebay is you can't even leave a negative feedback for it to alert others once you've gotten your fees back.

I know I don't like the fact that sellers can't leave - for buyers, but buyers can for sellers. The only good thing is you can open a non peyment dispute and after enough of them the buyer is suspended. Still sucks, but better than nothing.

Made an offer, I countered, he countered, I accepted despite 0 feedback in like 4 years of ebay. Then asks me about the condition of the card. And since it's a razor metal auto, it has some scratches on it. I told him it's scratched and gave him the option to cancel the transaction. He canceled it in about a minute. Not really worth the hassle.
