Re: Ebay Bidders to Block

Earlier this week copperbeeches1892 put up several Votto plates. I was totally pumped on the impending bidding craziness.

Unfortunately it looks like he decided to shill the plates and other items he put up, so I won't be bidding anymore on them.

The s***r(399) has bid on 11 items 38 times in the last month and 100% of those bids are to these items copperbeeches1892 put up.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... :MEBIDX:IT

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... :MEBIDX:IT

What I found a little comical was this s***r not only has bid up all the sports cards for copperbeeches1892 only, but decided he needed the "Twist yo wrist" wrist roller too.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Iron-Mind-Twist-Yo- ... 19c583d5c0

Just pretty bummed that these plates won't have a chance to be purchased by myself.

Re: Ebay Bidders to Block

back story on my post. I work in Insurance and was sent out to handle tornado claims in Tn. I mailed all of my ebay items out prior, I had enough padded envelopes but one. So I padded the hell out of a manila envelope to protect the card. Mind you the card was a blue Jerry Sands Topps Pro Debut. The guy started giving me crap for my shipping charge of $3. I leave that as standard for any items b/c it could be a large piece or one card.
So this guy blows me up 5 mins after winning the item.
here is his reply when he got the package. Now keep in mind, there is nothing wrong with the card, everything arrived fine.
Yo Brian.....You charged $2.66 for S&H and sent this item in a flimsy envelope with 2-44 cent stamps. I do not think sellers should make a living off of S&H. And it looks like you are trying. What do you want to do about this issue ?

So I didn't reply. This guy's happiness is kind of low on my priority level considering I have 43 claims that need more attention than his ass.
So he leaves me negative feedback after I leave him positive feedback.
$2.66 S&H got me a plain envelope w/ stamps. WOW....now that's a deal ~~~

So I request a revision for feedback as the card was not damaged. Hell I offered to refund him all of the money to be done with a-hole.
Here is his Email to me
What a little sphinkter muscle. You charged me $2.66 for S&H, then you ship the card in a plain brown, flimsy envelope, not a padded one as you stated. So you are just a whining little liar with ZERO credibility. I complain....yep every buyer who feels 2 weeks to get a card in a non padded plain envelope for $2.66 ( which cost you .88 ) would feel the same. And a difficult person to deal with....OH REALLY ! I sell more cards in one hour than you do in one year and you have the nads to tell me I'm difficult. I beg to differ. You may want to ask the other 30,000 people I've dealt with Sally. I think they would disagree. But it does take a peon like you to make hidious remarks that make little to no sense. And for your " all positive " feedbacks remark, that is totally not true any more. And well deserved I may say. And I did email you giving you the chance to explain the charges. But you took it upon yourself to ignore it. So, it was then and only then I left your feedback !

here is my reply
its ok, but you might want to bid on a dictionary on here. Sphincter, no SPKINTHER or however your ****** brain decided to spell it.
Is it cool being an internet tough guy? Not a big deal that you sell "30,000 cards an hour". My job I help people. Hence the delay in writing back to your email. I was working with people that lost everything they own in tornadoes. You see Mr. Internet Tough guy, I actually make a difference in people's life. But once again, have fun selling your cards and being fat and dominating World of Warcraft

His tough guy response:
I could only imagine that a peon like you would know how to spell " Sphincter ". But not know how to read the body of an email. 30,000 transactions....buy not per hour Sally. So maybe you should try " proof read 101 ". As far as internet tough guy....naw....but I did my time in and out of the ring. So, you must have did a back ground check on me. And I Thank You for the compliment. I always tell people not write a check your mouth can't cash. If you want to try your luck, step up peon. All I can see in you is a diaper changer and congrats to you and your profession. You seem like the type. Good luck with you new feedback rating and next time you may want to send a card in a padded envelope, not just say you did to make yourself feel better. It's called being " dillusional "....is that how it is spelled ? Help me if I errored again ! Later sphincter muscle ! As I'm going to go work out. something I am sure you have no clue about. Don't let the other girls kick sand in your face.

Re: Ebay Bidders to Block

I know this thread is dedicated to ebay bidders to block, but how about ebay sellers to not buy from?

I was bidding on a card and was outbid by a $1, oh well. Today I get a second chance offer on the card. Then I go look up the bidding history and the winning bidder has made 495 bids on 72 items and 100% have been with the seller of said auction. That isn't even suspicious, that's blatant shill bidding IMHO.

30-Day Summary
Total bids: 495
Items bid on: 72
Bid activity (%) with this seller: 100% Help
Bid retractions: 1
Bid retractions (6 months): 1

Does anyone know if there is a way to report this to ebay? it's probably not illegal, but kind of disreputable...

Here's one to block - jadiferro. I listed a bunch of Cahill autos while he was 6-0, he made a offer on one and I accepted. Cahill then took his first loss that day and he didn't pay or even contact me.

Won a card for $45 and then said his bank account was compromised and now won't pay. Of course the card is only selling the 20s now. And he has won other cards after my auction ended and already received positive feedback for them.

I hope this will help:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/que ... ation.html

To report a policy violation from a listing:
Go to the listing for the item you want to report.

Click the Report item link on the right side of the page under the Other item info section.

From the drop-down menus, choose the reason for your report.

Make sure the listing is really violating an eBay policy by reviewing the relevant help page. You can review the page by clicking the link that appears on the report form.

Click Continue.

On the next page, fill in any additional information requested and click Send.

Re: Ebay Bidders to Block

Since its not card related, I won't post his user ID.

First a little backstory. I list items on eBay for a pawn shop part time. We sell a wide range of items including gift cards. Guy messages and asks if I can email gift card number and pin if he purchases card. I say yes and I'll invoice gc less shipping. He bids $67.50 for $75 GC. So when I invoice his for the $67.50 he bid he replies "I feel that is too high, I only want to pay $60". If the price we had listed was too high then don't bid. And the thing I don't understand is his feedback was 1500+ so its not like he's a new user that doesn't know how eBay works.

Seller ID : heywardfan (141)

[ebay:oaj397ws]330569977063[/ebay:oaj397ws]

Had a 2010 Finest Buster Posey auto letter refractor /75 as a BIN/OBO for $125. I offer $80. He counters by trying to sell it to me OFF eBay for "no less than $100", when HI BV was $80. I tell him no thanks and it sits on eBay for 2 weeks. So he relists it as an auction and he's shilling the HELL out of it. Just check the bid history, he's not even trying to conceal it. There are other auctions that he's doing it with as well. I really need this card but I sure as hell don't want to deal with this guy. I have already reported him for shilling.

This one is for a SELLER:

dancinonpaper

Sold me a Topps Diamond die-cut and sent it in a plain white envelope. Needless to say, the thick card got jammed in the sorting machine, top loader was cracked, and a nice big crease wound up on the back of the card  .
