1999 was a good year. I really like the 1999 Finest Gold refractors. Unfortunately I only have one of the four McGwire cards.

Thanks....I have it only due to the generosity of Scottopotamus.

I've considered doing an "master" 1999 Topps/Chrome insert set for Sosa but since I don't do eBay it would be extremely hard. One of my favorite Sosas is the 1999 Topps Chrome Lords of the Diamond refractor.

The HR set is way too big for my budget and, more importantly, my patience.

I actually just started focusing on the set this past year. I need 17 of the regular Topps. I only have #69 of the Chrome and no refractors. Not sure when I'll try for the Chrome/refractors. I probably could have finished it by now but have been distracted by some crusade eye candy among other things.
