muhnandr said:See below for the excuse mama bear sent me on ebay
"Dear muhnandr,
Anything I write gets posted on the chat rooms so there is
no point in answering any further. I have had a slew of cases filed against
me claiming that that they received "cardboard" instead of the item. I
personally ship zero cases myself, so I have either been sabotaged by the
shipper or the receiver, but either way I have the authorities looking into
it but the damage is done. My funds have all been frozen by paypal and the
avalance of refunds due to the inability to pay for product continues to
snowball. I am getting hundreds of emails everyday and refuse to spend
every hour telling everyone what went down. Most already had a negative
opinion eventhough for more than 6 months I kept delivering. This was a
planned attack to destroy me and it worked. Believe what you want but read
between the lines on the blogs. I even got a heads up warning on sat night
that there was something coming down and I shrugged it off. I called ebay
and paypal when it was just begining on Sunday only to be told that they
would not get involved for 7 days and to try to work it out with the buyer.
That was a joke and whoever organized this was well aware of that
happening. How many other dealers have hate blogs 30 pages and 6 months
old. I guess I understand now how gang mentality works. Find the ***** and
hammer away until you kill the beast. Well, the beast is dead. You can all
get your funds back and now thank the lord that the threat to you is gone.
I wonder how much profit these same people made from buying from me for 6
months? None of those same people will lose a dime if they ask to be
refunds on the current items. This should make a nice cut and paste to the
blogs so you can all have another good laugh at my expense."

It isn't like retailers and whole sellers could have competed if they wanted to. The prices he was charging was below anyones factory cost, you can't even get backdoored product for what he was selling it for.

I understand that point.
Just an honest question here: Wasn't he buying from those same retailers and whole sellers at their regular price in order to deliver the product before he got shut down?

And I love all the new sign ups who know the full story. Its like this clown is forwarding them this link
But you're not addressing the main fact....that he was knowingly taking a loss on all this stuff and selling way below cost.Me-n-My-Kid said:nyc3 said:So what was jennifers radio show called ?

You can be as rude and ignorant as you want to be. I don't care anymore. Enjoy your anger at your own expense because I am beyond it.
All I know is that as a consumer and hobby enthusiast, my son & I enjoyed ripping a lot of product that mama_bear delivered. It was product that I would never have purchased at the full MSRP prices. Sure, I would have bought boxes like I always do from blowout, D&A, and Atlanta ~ but I was able to get them through mama-bear cheaper. Again, from my consumer standpoint I had a great experience while it lasted. The whole sellers should have been pleased. I imagine they moved a ton of product that otherwise would not have sold so quickly...

The house of cards didnt crumble because people were filing false claims, it crumbled because he couldnt deliver on his obligations. I think a lack of capital had something to do with it as well. You can only by so many cases at retail when you're charging below cost.
This has been my thought all along.Jeff N. said:It still could have been money laundering. There's a nice crystal meth industry here in central FLorida...

You are the one admittedly hiding information from people who where ripped off for no other reason but that you talked to him on the phone and got your case.

Thanks for the reply.
I totally agree he was knowingly taking a loss. Only he knows why he did that. I have no clue if it was the false claims or lack of capital to continue that stopped him. Surely he could only continue to do that for so long, but I wish there were no false claims to screw the equation....

Public opinion has never been the justice system and never will be, so "innocent until proven guilty" is meaningless in every non-judicial situation. Perception rules the outside world.Me-n-My-Kid said:cgilmo said:And that is why people suspect criminal activity. You don't have to reach much to come to that hypothesis.
Thanks, the point is very well taken & I could understand that. On the other side, I believe that suspicion and proof are two very different things. All of us are, in fact, innocent until proven guilty. If he had not been proven to do anything illegal, I would only hope that others did not do anything illegal to shut him down.....
This is mocking the money laundering idea right?bmc398 said:1. eBay presell
