I'm about to sit down and watch a movie and I'll figure out my 90's ARod collection % sometime tonight.

Jarcar and carrsallstars have the same plan I adopted about a year and a half ago. I have a couple thousand ARods from 2000 and beyond looking to get rid of (Hello cubuffs). Just saying.

As mentioned, I have scaled down my player collecting goals. I didn't even look at years 2000 and beyond since I have completely focused my goals towards 1993-1999 with my ARod collection. To clarify, I do not collect any 1/1's cards since obtaining all of them would be impossible. I'm sitting at 1399 of the 1708 cards Beckett lists as part of my collecting goals. I'm at 82% and look for cards everyday. So many of you have great collections. Thanks for sharing.

With the Beckett-listed cards, I'm at 1335/4398 (30.35%) for Ryne Sandberg. Just counting his playing days, I'm at 997/1096 (90.97%). I have another 298 cards not listed in Beckett to give me a total of 1633.

how are there 298 cards not listed? :shock:

edit: I might have close to 1,000 of Dawson, but I am far from a completist so I'm not sure.

Trust me...its easy. Just check my sig and you'll see the difference in the amount of cards that are unique versus what is beckett recognized.

Yeah...I figure once you reach the 3,000 realm, you are one of two things and maybe both.
1 You are a dedicated hardcore collector of said player.
2. You're too stupid to know when to stop.

I'm probably a good mix of both. :lol:

I don't have the exact figures, but I know I am up to about 1200+ unique Barry Zito cards. My collecting has really diminished in college though.

Well if things keep going the way they are...I'll be at 3,000 in no time. Already at 2,912 with 10 more on the way. Scoping a few others out. Its weird, seems like cards are getting easier to find now. Been getting some good deals.

Hopefully within the next month I will finish my Sosa checklist. Decided to work on it on a whim. Right now, I have around 530 cards listed. I still have most of my game-used to list and at least part of another binder. I know the total has to be at least close to 1000.

Not sure how many Henderson's I have, but has to be close to 2000 items. I count posters, jerseys, pictures, everything. Cards has to be at least 1500 different if not more. I'll be getting my collection here in a few weeks, so I can get a better count.
