It makes more sense that the accuser would have to prove swaydaa IS Burge. Not the other way around.

Oh, get of your high horse. This thread was created on November 21st, 2008. At the time, swaydaa had cards known to be faked and someone called him out as being an alias of Shoeless-Joe... the name wasn't just pulled out of a hat. Would it be better if I moved the name under "known card fakers/alterers? Would that appease Your Majesty? Lesson: don't sell fake or altered cards if you don't want to get called on it...

I never said swaydaa didn't sell fake patches. I said - If you chose to read it correctly, that to call him Kevin Burge takes more than "Oh lookey, him sell fake patches too! Him name Burge!"

How about some solid proof. Like perhaps a connection between Burge's KNOWN accounts and this guys account. Or see if this guys physical location matches Burge's. The fact that he's in NC also is the only solid lead. He very well could be associated with Burge. But accusations without proof are childish.

I really couldn't care less who he is or isn't but the open ended accusation is unfounded. If he turns out to be Kevin Burge, fine. Then one more account gets added to the list. But when it turns out he's not...I am sure not one of you, least of all sportcardtheory, will be man enough to apologize to him. More than likely some excuse will be made that he's owed no apology because of some juvenile reasoning.

You swing and miss SO much. I seem to recall apologizing and making nice by PM after having a public argument with you... but you're right, I would NEVER be man enough to admit when I'm wrong. *rolls eyes* If it turned out swaydaa wasn't Shoeless-Joe, I would admit I was wrong and call him a ****** bucket for doing the exact same thing Shoeless-Joe does. So sad! I don't think "swaydaa" has to be shoeless-joe, but, looking at these auctions have convinced me that the ebay "swaydaa" should be ashamed for selling the fake patches cards.

Thanks to nyc3 for posting these auctions and to all those that have contributed to this ongoing thread in regards to fake patch cards and their ebay sellers...

Most of the time, Im not thrilled this stuff happens, but its been proven, doing something about it is really hard. ( buyer beware )

However, when some said low life comes on here and attemps to defend himself, well now its getting humerous.

If you really don't sell fake and/or altered cards, I would think you would defend yourself and prove to us that you are legit. But you can't, because we can all see the stuff you sell and have sold on eBay right in front of our faces. You want to sling cliches, here's one... you made your bed, now lie in it.
