no one is going to be able to stop it if the alligations are tru, so whats really the point? 102 post's about fake patches that cant be prooved, trimmed cards that are bgs 10's. and buy back cards that are encased. if the companys aint doing anything. what makes you think that a buyer can?

NO, i did not try and sell that piece of garbage, if people would reat the whol threads on other topics, they would already know this. one of out imployee's listed the card that he bought from a suctomer ( or should i say got ripped of from a customer ) and i saw it and ended it. then i sent the card to upper deck and reported it as fraud. so how does that make me a bad guy. and as far as my feedback. i got 1 negative for selling a card that beckett said was fake. and the guy go a full refund. email him. i can careless.

the jeter signature doesnt even look like jeter, it looks like a 3 year only got lose with a paint brush. ive been in this business for WAY to long to not know the difference. come on now ..... :lol: i think thats just funny that you see that and immidetly think i did it. i do have employees, most of them are retarted when it comes to sports. the kid got ripped off too. he traded a box of ud premiere football and 1 pack of 2007 ultimate hockey for it. i made him pay for the 2 boxes

not a shot at hype, but these threads are VERY informative for me. i appreciate the research and time people put into exposing this issue and sellers. i have an 8 year gap in collecting so am not so familar with patches yet, and would hate to buy one fake peice of crap like i can now spot very easily thanks to the informed members of this board. i don't want crap, and i don't care if it is crap in a pretty case. so, please let the hobby know about these guys, it does help. i actually never buy jumbos for this reason.

Good to know you hire "employees" who cant tell the difference between a 5 year olds auto and a Jeter auto who list it without telling their "boss". If you are going to drop how long in the business you have been at least make sure your "employees" can back up your credibility.

Glass houses? I never made a fake patch how about yourself? I can tell you didnt think someone would be able to pull all your past auctions now you are running away. Good job proving everyone correct. Care to explain why the cards you sold didnt say prime or patch where it should be? Why would it say jersey when most of those cards listed when a PATCH say prime, logo, number 100% of the time. I guess they just forgot on the several you sold eh? Why is it most of your auctions (one which is ending soon with no bids...) are no longer private? Why would you just make the patches private, I mean you didnt know they where fake right? But yet you knew to make those auctions feedback private...

And I can tell you this, this is not slime ball Burge. At least Burge makes decent looking fake patches, this clown is using plastic scissors.

ive been in the bussiness my whole life. any store owner will tell u. a non knowledgeable employee is better when it comes to stealing. the fact that he got beat is on him. he knows better know. not my problem. its his. i did the right thing and sent the card to upper deck
