So does this mean I won't have a chance at the three blacks I'm bidding on?

Funny thing: On the Bench, he has 206 completed trades with a 5.0 (out of 5) trader rating.

What's his ID on the bench?

Ah, I found it... sinocc

Didn't read far enough back into the thread....

I went and checked the bench, he's online at this very second. Has anybody contacted him?

I couldn't help but notice he collects Topps Black/Golds AND Twins cards. You got no chance!

He is now up to a feedback score of 7, with 15 positives left for him.

But, I am still waiting payment for the black he won from me Sunday night.

I read this whole thread - totally bizarre.

Lesson learned: if listing any Topps Blacks, make it an auction that requires immediate payment. That will "effectively" block him no matter what his crappy ID is.

Now that I'm thinking of this.... if you list an auction that requires immediate payment.... does that make the auction also un-snipe-able?

That would be a double win.

EDIT: Maybe I'm confused and you can only require immediate payment on a fixed price item.

I believe you need to have a business paypal account in order to list with immediate payment required. Is that correct??

this is the most i have read since high school  this just had me very intrigued. this guy is a piece of work, if he spent as much time doing something positive or working he would have enough money to buy all the cards he intentionally sniped and then refused to pay. what a tool

does this guy ever sell on ebay? I would love to set up some dummy accounts and do the same to him.

send him a package full of dog crap, and let him know everyone is onto him and hes never gunna win another topps black card again. and then kindly tell him to have a nice day and he wont be receiving his cards or his refund. and if theres a problem theres a whole forum of people he screwd over with his name and address who would like to talk to him. 8-)

Looks like he took down his profile pic and changed his city and zip. It was ALHAMBRA, CA. Must be watching this thread. Hopefully someone with access to those other sites called him out.

Well, the guy is NARU again and didn't pay for the card. I did however call ebay and complain so hopefully they'll consider an IP ban.

Got a message from ebay about a suspicious bidder for the Topps black I was selling. Luckily he didn't end up winning the auction.

This whole scenario is like the bidders that keep Michael Jordan insert prices inflated by falsely bidding them up.
