ebay should just reinstate my original account that had a 5,000+ positive rating when they decided i was not one of their privileged elite and good enough to be on their website! check the internet and you will find stories like mine where ebay was unreasonable and people gave up and never use ebay any longer because they won't fight with ebay. you have lost many good customers because of ebay's idiocy.
in my case, i have sent my personal documentation many times in the past 6 years to ebay to try and clear this up so i can have my account back. they don't care! so, ask ebay why i am a Paypal Advantage customer, meaning one of their top-spending customers but i cannot even get my account on eBay reinstated? weird, don't you think? since eBay owns Paypal you would think that since i am such a dreaded client on eBay, they would suspend my Paypal account too! But they don't! Why, you may ask? Because they want the money I spend. However, they have to appease people like you who complain to them when they see me bid on eBay so they have to suspend my account and then the whole cycle starts over again! That is why I have a Paypal account and have had one, for the past 6 years with no problems!
So, if you wish to work with me or if you tell me to leave your items alone, I will do either. Just let me know. But one thing is for sure; I will be on eBay until i stop collecting. That simple! Be well

I can't get my arms around why/what is going on but this situation is really discouraging. Why do people have to screw up a simple thing like this? They're friggin baseball cards. Some people love to collect them, and some people make a living selling them. Why would someone jerk people around like this? Ugh.
I'd trade a half-dozen Topps Blacks for the one I'm looking for, and now I have to watch out for this nonsense. (sigh)

#3 you, as a seller, when you report me with the intention of getting me suspended, what are you hoping for? do you then expect me to magically contact you when your phone number is disconnected and eBay won't give me the time of day? honestly, you have to know i cannot and will not now pay you after i won your item and you had me suspended. what do you expect? if you want me to pay you, don't get my account suspended! you sellers now have some accountability in this matter too! i have had to file literally 100s of paypal claims to get refunds for items i won and paid for but because you had me suspended and ebay sent you an email telling you to not send my cards, you did not. then you just think you can keep my payment? not gonna happen fast jack! that, is theft and fraud! keeping my money when you are the one who got me kicked off eBay in the first place! nice try but no cigar.
#4 back to the aforementioned claims and accusations of me committing fraud. i have had to do this on ebay now for over six years. if i were in any way, shape or form committing anything near any fraudulent acts, you don't think someone somewhere would have been on my doorstep by now? of course they would! if you all had any hint of an idea what reality and the law is, making someone file a claim to get their listing fees refunded and then relisting an item to resell it, IS NOT FRAUD! you stupid morons! there is not deception when you are shipping to my actual address and name. each and every seller when they ship to me has all my information but they still send to me because they want the money i paid! no fraud or deception there now is there?
side note to Marino5084; first, that sketch is a hoot! have to love it! your whole theory is shot with holes about the seller who i bid $40 on an item and did not pay and then won it again and paid right away for $10. the seller knows that i will get suspended again and so do you since you said you will have me suspended any chance you get, right? so how can i "hit his DSRs and feedback"? i can't! suspensions delete any feedbacks and claims a buyer has. they have no effect. so, again, you are quite mistaken! if the seller had not sold me the card for $10, he could have relisted and resold for a higher price, theoretically, if he wanted, at no risk to his feedback or dsrs! bam! in your face! shot you down again!
#5 the reason it is not fraud is because i gained nothing by any actions of mine that i did not pay for honestly. i am sure this fact will be lost on all you brainiacs out there who keep harping that i committed a crime. but you are all dimwitted idiots and don't understand the law. you may be upset with me and again, i understand that, but honestly, if i am committing some crime, don't you think that your precious God, eBay, would find a way to come down hard on me? think about it! why am i an Advantage Paypal member in good, AAA+ standing with them? because I spend a lot of money that's why, my friends!
#7 don't play stupid and pretend that you are out any money at all. yes, again, your time and efforts are valuable and i understand and apologize when it was my fault. but seriously, you get all your listing fees refunded and are not hit financially from eBay with fees unless you are too stupid and slow to file for your non-paying bidder fee refunds.
#8 and now we get to the honest and true reason you and most sellers should love me; i personally have been pushing the market for these blacks for over 5 years! yes, you may bitch and moan and howl and rave but when all is said and done, you and all your buddy sellers just love it when a jeter black goes for $35 instead of $5! i don't hear any of you crying about me then, do you? if you had integrity and were so upright and honest, you would not accept that $35 payment you just received because i bid on that jeter black, would you! so don't be a hypocrite when you don't get your high price now because you and i both know without me, the market for these would be just about nil. to prove my point, i stopped bidding on eBay for about 3 weeks a few years ago just to see what would happen and sure enough, blacks were routinely going for about $1-$2 each. within two weeks or so, i proved how much i pushed this market all by myself. i had 3 sellers call to complain and ask why i was not bidding on their blacks any longer. yes, you are all so righteous and holy. ********!
#9 again, if all this were so bad for you and eBay, why do 95+% of all sellers i deal with love me? ask yourself that question you 5% but very vocal, idiots!
#10 i am calling all of your bluffs and say right now, if eBay and you really wanted me banned for ever don't you think that it would be done already? trust me, i don't have any special computer skills to get around eBay's security. it is actually very easy to stay on eBay. so, why don't they just keep me off? answer: and you all know i am right here; because they want the money that i spend on eBay! That simple! and so do all of you, honestly!
there you have it! yes, i have been a pain in the butt for some of you but overall, i make you and eBay money and that is why i am still around and always will be! prove me wrong!
i have learned a few things from these exercises in futility on this post and that is that i will do my best in the future to pay for my items faster before eBay can suspend my accounts. in that way, i guess this post has not been futile! i will try to make it better for you sellers to do business with me. i will also try very hard to avoid sellers like you (0023) and others like tntnorthnj who is a thief and dishonest anyway (had to file over 5 claims against him when i had my account with over 5000+ positive feedback rating, he shorts items, has a disconnected phone, never answers emails and in general sucks at customer service so i am very happy to oblige him!) and a few others of you pinheaded sellers who i would never deal with in any circumstances any way even if i had my original account!
but, i am not going away! i will be there for you and eBay for as long as i want to enjoy this fine hobby of ours! and, deep inside, you and all sellers and eBay "need me on that wall! you want me on that wall!" and i am there for you!
and to respond to your statement about the courts knowing about me, they would all be proud to know that i have learned the law and know it inside and out! since obviously none of you understand it nor can fathom it. be well and prosper and i will see you down the road, my fans and friends!

Interesting. However, I must agree with his comments regarding tntnorthnj. I had some issues with them in the past and after about the 3rd time I either didn't get my cards or got the wrong cards, I decided no matter how cheap something is going for, I will never bid on one of their auctions again.
