One beef that my lcs owner has with the "In Memory" set is that the sell sheet he got stated that each box has three "Packs" in it. So, a customer came in and wanted to buy a pack. He opened the box and there were three slabs loose, no wrapping on the "packs".
He has a call in to the company to complain, but looks like he is out the whole cost of the box as the three slabs were all no names.
