Maybe I live in the wrong part of the country?
People in your very city make it on much less than you do. Because you aren't aware of them doesn't mean that they don't live a good life.
No one is crying poor. People are simply saying a family can make it on much less.
What do you care what people spend their money on? Do you get tips at your work from the people that pay your salary? That's what is being done when you tip a mailman. They sign up for their job. It's a choice.
How is your mail service? Any problems?
it's fine.
The guys that pick up my trash do their job also. They work in the cold. I don't tip them either. Do you tip your trash man?
The streets here are clean, I'm not hunting those guys down.
The neighborhood park is in good condition year round. I'm not tipping those guys either.
I'm not saying you should tip them. My guy goes out of his way and delivers my mail to my door in an apartment building. There are 10 apartments, and I'm the only one he does this for. Wanna know why. lol If they go out of their way or you never have problems, they deserve something, even if it's just a card. A server brings you food and beverages, and you tip them. These people bust their butts every single day bringing you your stuff through all types of weather and you find it crazy to give him even $5 a year and a card. Clearly it's not a requirement, but a nice gesture none the less.
Thanked. It's obvious this thread had attracted the same few tools that like to argue just to argue.[/quote:1gdsba8p]
And it's brought in the same ******** that always respond to certain members arguments.
