Ok sure buddy, thanks for signing up and telling the people who are having issues what a nice guy he is. Its totally noted and not suspicious what so ever. Thank you for your kind words explaining to the people who are attempting refunds how flawless your transaction was I am sure they where all sitting here wondering how your random transaction was.

So you are just a random guy who has spoke to him on the phone and is defending him, got ya.

Let me ask you this so it didnt seem strange your national radio buddy never signed up? Yet asked you to? ::facepalm::

If you are trying to insinuate that I am mama_bear, you're crazy!!!!
Yes, I have talked to him on the phone. I did what any reasonable person would do when they see such unbelievable pricing. I called the guy to make sure he would answer before buying his product. Most times I would just completely ignore the notion of buying, but this time I said what the hell. If I don't get the product, I get my money back. I talked to him frequently to make sure he wouldn't disappear. Over time, I learned a few things about him personally. I'm sorry if that is so hard for you to rationalize.

Geez. I make 1 comment about how my experience was OK with this guy on this forum & all I get is sarcasm.

You do realize you are on the internet right? That's kinda normal.

Ok fine buddy. You're obviously sour with the guy, but don't take out your frustration with him on me....
Please don't accuse me of being him. Please don't accuse me of defending him. For him to have to refund money for items that he could not deliver is a shame - I already agreed to that.

For people who bought from him & didn't get their product, they should file a claim with PayPal. They will get ALL their money back. It is a guarantee from PayPal. I've done it in the past & I'm sure I'll have to do it again in the future. It is unfortunately a part of the EBay environment. It is no excuse for mama_bear to not deliver, but it is the saving grace of the whole process.

I've heard people say that you must pay with a credit card through PayPal. That is false. You can pay for an item with your PayPal account balance and still be guaranteed ALL your money back. I've been there. Credit cards add extra insurance because now you are backed by 2 companies, but just wanted to dis-spell that 1 rumor.

Yes, it is a terrible problem that now there are many, many customers who paid for an item and they will not get it. This is disheartening, but let the refund process run its course. Nobody will be out of their money in the end. (Dealers included).

I wont accuse you I will show you your own words. The under lined are you defending him, or trying to write his biography. Let me know if you would like me to go over your other posts of you not defending him.

I know the guy fairly well through phone & email over the past months. He is not some phantom scam artist playing a ponzi in my opinion. He is a verified person in PayPal. He has a weekly 1 hour sports talk radio show that I have actually listened to. I have bought many cases of cards from him in the past and they were always delivered as promised.

Yes, most of the time he was paying more than taking in and he was purposely taking a loss.

He shared some disputes with me that he received in EBay. There are people out there, who got their product and then had the nerve to tell EBay that when they opened the case there was nothing but cardboard inside. This it totally ridiculous, a lie, and those kind of people should be put behind bars. Mama_Bear never touched the product. It was always drop shipped from numerous different dealers or distributors.

Instead of putting blame on mama_bear, more people need to take responsibility of their own actions and be smart about what they are doing.

Look, I'm not defending the fact that other people have to get refunds. Sure, that sucks.
I thought it would be helpful to share what I know & the fact that I got my orders fulfilled.

After reading many of these threads, I saw comments going both directions. I wanted to voice my opinion. It's only my opinion.

Instead of you sitting there spending your time attacking my comments, why don't you spend it in a more constructive manner?

Regards.

Well this went exactly like I thought it would.
It toppeled quicker than I thought.

Once the claims started rolling end it was going to be hard for him to continue on. I'm sure his paypal and Ebay accounts are all but locked up.

Such as what? Signing up and basically rubbing it in other faces you got yours? Thats very constructive of yourself, thank you. Do yourself a favor and just stop. While I have zero in on this clown and his scams you really arent doing anything. At least not what you thought you where going to do by signing up and "not" defending him. And please stop with the victim role YOU SIGNED UP HERE and you can leave twice as fast, but yet you decide to sit here and talk highly about some tool you met online and who "told" you about this topic.

Yeah, well if you would have typed and scrolled with more than just your one hand you would have been done much faster!

2 solutions:

1). get multiple monitors
2). stick with the one monitor and just tile your windows so you can have both.

Problem solved. :)

But to the heart of your point, yes, spending 90 minutes searching for naked women on the internet would have been more enjoyable than reading this sad tale of woe. Or at least you'd be able to have a happy ending to that other 90 minutes...
