I had Michigan State beating Kansas in the Sweet 16. If they can beat No Iowa then not all is lost in my bracket.

Duke looked good. Really good. 1 TO in 42 possessions. :o :o :o Syracuse also looked dominant. My final 4 is still alive. Ohio State Syracuse Duke and West Virginia. Fingers crossed.

I'm very pleased with my Xavier Musketeers. I expected a 1st Round win, but I didn't really think they would make the Sweet 16 this year. Chris Mack is in his first year as coach and I thought he did a great job with the team this year by getting a share of the A-10 Regular Season Title with Temple and just by making the Dance.

Jordan Crawford certainly has helped a ton too. He is a special player. He has really kicked it in here in the Tournament. Xavier played K State earlier this year and lost. I'm really hoping that they can beat them this time. An Elite 8 appearance with Syracuse would be awesome.

This is Xavier's third consecutive season making it at least to the Sweet 16 (Elite 8 in 2008, Sweet 16 last year and this year). I know that for fans of bigger schools that may not seem impressive, but for a Xavier fan it's huge. Hopefully this will further help recruiting.

Am glad to see Xavier still playing strong after the coaching change. Very good program. Good to see the Musketeer juniors and seniors not being adversely affected in terms of their team results (as I knew they weren't exactly pleased at first with Miller's departure, but who would want want to see their coach walk?)

Thank you for the kind words Mike. Xavier is definitely turning into a very solid program. Hopefully the team will continue to build and improve on this year's success. I would love to see my Musketeers make it to a Final Four.

Sean Miller is an awesome coach and I was sad to see him leave. From a business/career standpoint, I totally understand why he left and I don't begrudge him one bit. I wish him and Arizona the best of luck, so long as they aren't playing Xavier. ;)

Honestly, this Xavier team is still Miller's team. He did a great job with recruiting and the system he put in place. I think Mack will continue with the same success that Miller brought.

I'm so ready for the KSU Xavier game tonight it should be a great matchup both teams have gotten a lot better since the first time they played each other. I expect 6th man of the year in the Big 12 Jamar Samuels to finally break out and have a good game today I think he has only scored 3 points in the first 2 games. I think if KSU can stop Crawford by putting Sutton or Pullen on him then they have a great chance to win the game.

This tournament is like watching Olympic basketball while the USA was struggling.

Another case where a group that's played together for years and actually plays as a team and does all the little things (i.e. - fundamentals) can beat teams full of great athlete's and great individual players.

With two HUGE Xavier comebacks, and then unreal shot after unreal shot, most of them LOOOONG 3s, that was the game of the tourney!! (Sorry NOIowa)

I had K-State winning, so I was rooting for them, but D***! Holloway and Crawford were almost unguardable, especially at the end of regulation and the OTs. But Pollen kept getting open and hitting his own incredible shot after shot. Great game that I hoped alot of people stayed up for. BTW, Crawford is the guy with the "NIKE Camp" video of him dunking on LeBron last summer, but jeez can he shoot from about 30 feet too.

What a great tourney so far, further cementing the hoops tourney as THE best sports event in America. Maybe the BCS Football Committee is paying attention...

And a ton of credit to Cornell for holding Kentucky to 62 points, and to only 40 halfway thru the 2nd half. It's too bad for them they ran into one of the 3 or 4 teams left they couldn't quite handle.
